Bidra med feedbackReally good short rib and many short rib variety. There is an English menu and server understand menu item. Everything had the same season, but that's probably because I didn't know how to order different seasons. Not many sauces are available at the table, only a dish of soy sauce. Korean cold noodles and dumplings were also surprisingly good. Washrooms are clean.
This chain is one of favourites in Japan. BBQ meat all-you-can eat meal is the best chocies. The meat is great and delicious. At the beginning, we want to visit the Tenjin branch, but fully booked. So we have changed to here. We make the booking at 7:45 pm and at the end we are offered a 9:15 pm table, not too bad.
Nice selection of beef, pork, chicken, and some seafood to put on your grill. I recommend making a reservation (you can do that in person if you don't want to do it over the phone) as it seems to be a rather popular spot. Staff was friendly and helpful, their understanding of english could be better but it isn't really an issue when you also just point at the menu. This one was dangerous for me, as they have an all-you-can-eat arrangement that you can expand upon with an all-you-can-drink arrangement for a rather cheap (in my opinion) price. Needless to say I ate and drank way too much. They have some excellent cuts (I recommend the short-rib and the sukiyaki style beef that comes with a raw egg). If you manage to get a seat by the window you have a nice view of the surrounding area, especially at after dark.
There are many choice of beef and pork, with good quality. But the other food are limited in choice (still in good quality).
Terrible experience. Poor service. We had our late dinner there at 21:00 tonight. They kept us waiting for our dessert for more than 30 minutes. We reminded the waitresses and the waiters for several times but NO ONE CARES. In fact, we saw our dessert sent to the the wrong table. That table has been served with dessert TWICE. They were quite surprised when they were served dessert on the second times but they said NOTHING. We also told the waitresses and waiters that we thought that they sent our dessert to the wrong table. They immediately checked with the guests on that table. They admitted. Still, no other actions taken for another 5~10 minutes. No apology. No explanation. Keep us waiting till the guests around us have all had their dessert and are all leaving…… Until we lose our patience and start to raise our voice to try to draw their attention. We tried to tell the manager about what happened...she said she doesn't understand English…which was really funny. She speaks English well when we made the reservations....lousy staff with poor service. Especially, how they react only shows that they have no trust to the customers!
