Bidra med feedbackGreat place to eat chips with salsa, while a beer. the chips are a perfect blend of thin, crispy and salty. the salsa has just enough warm to go with salty chips and beer. I recommend the carnitas, but the streets tacos my friend looked just as good. definitiw would be a repeat customer if I were not pulled to montana in 4 days. Too bad we just stopped to eat after all the Saturdays trying to get a few doors down in the reptile store.
Excellent breakfast tacos! Some of the best I've had for years. The tortillas were made home and they were delicious. We ordered to go; the service was fast and friendly.
I have been living in the Houston area for almost 8 years and participated in many Tex Mexican restaurants in the area. I was taken to this Moreno a few weeks ago and was literally blown away because it's location. I didn't expect such a farewell to the south of the city. The chips and salsa are authentic homemade and the 'salsa picante' I asked to accompany the chips was excellent. To round it off, her iced tea is part of the best tea I drank. And I brewed myself. I have eaten only two different flavors of enchiladas and both were excellent and served piping hot. I recommend the Cilantro Enchiladas. The Fajita chicken simply melts in your mouth and comes with a satisfactory amount of queso. I look forward to a visit and try something else. This place really deserves a higher than 4.1 stars on Google Maps. But since I lived in the area, I learned that a high rating means nothing in the Houston Metropolis. I've eaten in some high-rated establishments I'd never see again. This Moreno deserves an attempt.
Your chips must be the best I had to be honest. I went for a quick lunch and ordered the ranchero enchiladas from their lunch special with chicken fajitas. The favor of the Enchiladas was good, but that was definitely not Hähnchenfajitas, looked more like tuna, so I suppose it was from a can. The rice and the beans it came had a citrus flavor on it, very strange, and around it from the small side of salad was not at all fresh.
I have eaten a Moreno?s Friendswood for years. Today as we often do had lunch at the church ordered tacos and the shells were stale! Call the manager after several minutes in fact we had emptied the shells so we could have something to eat the manager who previously for years has been a waiter came over and we shared a disappointment and he offered a new play tacos however because of the time it took for him to respond we did not want any play what we wanted was a discount reflected in our meal price. He actually said and I quote I didn?t come here To have a discussion. After further discussions he finally gave us a discount on the tacos. His lack of willingness to listen and remedy the issue in a manner that was appropriate has resulted in the result of a long-term customer.
