Typical German restaurant with good Burgeliche cuisine. Miy wife and daughter both vegetarians had the tomato soup and baked Camembert cheese as main dish. On request, the Baguette replacement potato croquettes, no problem at all. Typical Thüringer Rostbrättle pork and baked potatoes wth...lot of onions) tasted good. Good service and friendly staff, prices fair. On paper they are open until 22:00, we were at 20:30), quite unusual for these rural villages. This seems to be the most popular restaurant with locals, and for good reason. It is a very simple and simple type of space, but the prices are moderate and the food is generally good. We especially liked the table lace (boiled beef) with horse sauce...and salad garnish (Euro 9.50) and the lamb (7 beautiful small pieces) with fat domestic frits (12.90). Ich war mit meiner Tochter hier, da in der eigentlich geplanten Gaststätte kein Platz mehr war. Hier wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und zügig bedient. Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Portionen sind reichlich. Man sollte hier keine kulinarischen Feinheiten erwaten, eher gut bürgerliche Küche - und die ist sehr gut.Wir kommen gern wieder.
