Bidra med feedbackUnfortunately disappointing.... The equipment of the hotel that is praised on the Internet does not correspond to the actual condition. But in detail. We came and were received by a woman who didn't know what to do with us. No ordinary check-in in a hotel. Personal details were not asked, the rooms were not clear.... after the call to the operator the rooms were assigned to us. Upon request of the woman who received us, we received the information that the restaurant is no longer in operation. The outdoor advertising promises it even differently. In the shop windows there were also menus on arrival and on a table reference is made to culinary weeks. The rooms were then the coronation. So they were clean. But in a room the wall lamp was torn from the wall down, in a bathroom there were no towel holders left and the shelves were missing under the mirror and in the third room the cabinet was broken. The rooms were unfortunately heavily worn out. The minibar was missing in all 3 rooms. But the beds were good. The following day the beds were not made and the bathroom was not cleaned. The operator was not present but available by phone. I received the information that the boarding website does not have to be changed and that I had previously been sent to the closed restaurant by e-mail. The search for the email traffic I received from the operator did not give any indications. When asked if it is possible to get drinks in the evening, it was quite repulsive. Net's close. Wine was offered to us and two bottles of wine and water were ready on our return. Beer wasn't possible. The price/performance ratio was inappropriate. 20, € per false. All right, we took it....We understand that in Corona times so much has been broken, the staff is otherwise oriented and thus the hotel operation is only possible to a limited extent. You should just communicate. I found the phone calls with the hotel operator very unhappy, as he showed little insight into his mistakes. We would like to highlight the breakfast at the hotel, which has covered so much. And we have compensated the surroundings and the people who are very friendly in Freyburg. We tried delicious wines. We ate well in the Burgmühle, which we can recommend. Free parking on an area is also positive. The day of departure came and I wanted to pay with EC card. Basically possible, but the staff should already be informed. I then fought together with the woman at the reception, who also prepared the delicious breakfast, through the function of the EC card reader, so I could also pay. I believe that the hotel has seen its best times and hopes for a positive development for the future. As it is now, we cannot recommend it. But perhaps the operator can surprise us positively at a later time.
At the moment it is a Hotel Garni. 85 € for DZ/Frü. No beds are made, no bathroom clean, no one goes to the rooms. Breakfast isn't off, it's over. Even then it is not finished, you wait and then you can remove the transparent films yourself anywhere. The hotel is not recommended.
Personal support from appointment to adoption, just good. In this price segment we were amazed to be able to enjoy such individual services.
