Subway - Fresno

I went there yesterday (1/27/2024). I ordered 4 foot longs and the guy working there was the only one there. He took about 30 mins just to get to me as he had other customers. I had to repeat myself multiple times what I wanted and his presence just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. He didn’t even mark what sandwiches were which. Just an awful experience.

Whenever I go to eat here in the sand, there is always no egg

We went to this location at 8:45, we got out at the car and tried the door, it was locked. But the lights were on There was a homeless man outside in the parking lot. We thought maybe they locked the doors because of that but they were still open. we could see an employee inside and figured they'd open the door for us as we were customers when they didn't we went back in the car and waited at 8:49 we decided to leave. So they closed at least 15 minutes before closing time. We won't be going back to this location because we don't want to drive just to be met with closed doors.

Today (3/18/23)at about 1:30pm two females in there were super rude about a sponsorship discount card with valley children's and would not accept. I called the customer service and I was informed they have been sponsored for more than 2-3 consecutive years
