Dutch Bros Coffee - Fresno

I visited this restaurant a few days before Halloween and I was impressed by their great decorations. However, the line was very long, with up to 10 cars waiting at some point. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, only taking 9 minutes despite the long line. They may benefit from opening a second window, but the parking lot may not be suitable for it. The coffee was delicious and hot. I ordered an Americano and it was full of flavor. I cannot comment on the fancy sweet items, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I must say that I am a fan of Dutch Bros and love getting my favorite drink there. However, my recent experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. I visited with a friend today and had to endure a long wait as the girl taking orders was going car to car outside. While I understand it was hot outside, it was disappointing to see her spend an excessive amount of time with one car, forgetting about the rest of the line. When we finally reached the window, there were five people inside who seemed to be more focused on chatting rather than taking orders in a timely manner. I was truly disappointed by the service and will be looking for a different Dutch Bros location in the future.

I took my little brother here for his birthday drink, but we were turned away by the barista who said they wouldn't accept the app we had downloaded. They claimed that we couldn't redeem the birthday drink on the same day because we had just created an account, which was completely untrue. We ended up going to another Dutch Bros where they were able to scan our QR code and process our order without any issues. This place was unwelcoming, unaccommodating, unorganized, and the parking lot was very dirty. I wouldn't trust getting a drink from this establishment.

I go to Dutch bros quite often, this one is the closest to my moms house. Honestly everyone is very nice and all, but this is the longest Dutch bros line I have seen so consistently. If you decide to go to this one be prepared to wait a LONG time.

Drive through line can get very long at times but worth the wait since this is one of the best places to get coffee. If you're lucky you might even get your drink ahead of the line and you can pull off to the side and leave. ????
