Bidra med feedbackI placed an order on 6/7 and was told it would be delivered on 6/10. I received a FedEx tracking number via chat late afternoon on 6/9, but there were no updates until around noon on 6/10. After chatting with Yu Shang support twice, I was assured the order would be delivered that day, but it never arrived. I called Yu Shang on 6/11 and was told by a lady that she had dropped off the package at 15:00 on 6/10, expecting it to be delivered that day. However, the package never made it. The lady called me back on 6/11 around 10 am and said FedEx informed her the order was out for delivery. I contacted FedEx myself at 10:30 and they opened an investigation to track the package. FedEx called me back at 11:00 and explained that the package was dropped off after hours on 6/10 around 19:10 (not at 15:00 as told by the Yu Shang lady) and was at the FedEx station for driver pick up as of 11:00 on 6/11. There were no further updates from FedEx by 14:00 on 6/11, so I called again and was informed that it wouldn't be picked up until after 16:00 and would likely be delivered on 6/12. I tried to cancel the order by calling Yu Shang multiple times, but got no answer. I then submitted a cancellation request via the app message and explained the situation, concerned about the quality of the cooked meat (chicken and pork) after being in a sealed package for 3 days in hot temperatures. I am eagerly awaiting a response from Yu Shang and will not be ordering from them again. Stay tuned for updates.

Despite being assured twice by Yu Shang support that the order would arrive on the scheduled day, it never showed up. After contacting Yu Shang office on the morning of 6/11, I was told that the package was dropped off at 15:00 on 6/10 but it did not get delivered. The office later informed me that FedEx had the order on their truck for delivery. After contacting FedEx directly, I was told that the package was not picked up until 19:10 on 6/10 and was still at the FedEx station as of 6/11. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the order with Yu Shang, I received no response. I have submitted a request for order cancellation and expressed my concerns about the quality of the cooked meat in the package. I am awaiting a response from Yu Shang and will not be ordering from them again.
