Rally's - Fremont

Rosi the shift manager was great. My fries were beautiful and hot. And my Baconzilla was also hot and tasty

This time the order was perfect but the hamburger was pink inside. I believe this is the very last time I will eat at any rally restaurant again. The food was great and delicious at first but now over price and nasty. Please clean your act up and stand behind your restaurant's.

Wow, the line was really long, but it was worth the wait, as always. They have one lane for regular customers and another for pick-up and delivery. However, during my entire time there, not a single person used the pick-up lane, and I was stuck waiting in the other lane for a chilly half hour. I think they should switch back to using both lanes so that delivery drivers can easily get their orders from the window when they're ready.

Manager Brad is undoubtedly the most wonderful person Rally's has ever had. Manager Rosi feels like a mother figure to me. The restaurant is great and very well-maintained. I've never had any issues with the food; it's always served hot and fresh. One request... please, for the love of everything, bring back the smoking sausage!
