Bidra med feedbackThey jump my order.i was waiting patiently till i saw i took to long i waited about 20 mins.my son was about to ask for our order till the chasier heard us talk about it.She made sure we got our order.
Young hefty Mexican kid kept his airpod in and just looked at me while I was waiting to order. Stood there for 8 minutes and he still didn?t take my order. There was only one customer in the store besides me. Maybe don?t hire high school kids that don?tlike their job and are only there for the money.
Feel bad about our experience. The employees need to lighten up. It felt like they do not have any energy. The cashier (garbiela) was very casual and no greeting to the guests. I hope that this comment was to improve them to be better. The one whomade our smoothie was quite fast so that's saves them from 1 star.
Very poor customer service. I ordered a drink and as soon as the lady punched it in she walked away, I realized I said the wrong thing and asked if I could change it (it wouldn?t have changed the price and the payment didn?t process yet. she said ?nope youalready see it on the screen don?t you.?
Rude rude rude. And when asked to substitute any soy products with oat or almond milk- the girl Leila REFUSED!! Soy feeds cancer cells. I have breast cancer and have been told to avoid soy! Shame on this place. You?ve definitely lost 2 customers for sure.
