Bidra med feedbackI felt like my order was overlooked. I patiently waited for about 20 minutes, but when I realized it was taking too long, my son was about to ask the cashier about our order. Fortunately, the cashier overheard us and made sure we received our order.
I was disappointed with our experience. The staff seemed to lack energy and could use a more upbeat attitude. The cashier, Gabriela, was quite laid-back and didn’t greet us, which made the atmosphere feel unfriendly. I hope this feedback helps them improve. On a positive note, the person who made our smoothie was very quick, which earns them an extra star.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered a drink, and as soon as the staff member entered it into the system, she walked away. Realizing that I had ordered the wrong item, I asked if I could make a change (it wouldn't have affected the price and the payment hadn't gone through yet). She simply replied, "Nope, you already see it on the screen, don't you?"
Rude rude rude. And when asked to substitute any soy products with oat or almond milk- the girl Leila REFUSED!! Soy feeds cancer cells. I have breast cancer and have been told to avoid soy! Shame on this place. You?ve definitely lost 2 customers for sure.
Young hefty Mexican kid kept his airpod in and just looked at me while I was waiting to order. Stood there for 8 minutes and he still didn?t take my order. There was only one customer in the store besides me. Maybe don?t hire high school kids that don?tlike their job and are only there for the money.
