The Matcha smoothie was too sweet when I requested for no sugar and it tasted overly milky with not enough green tea or ice to make it a smoothie. The second drink I ordered was an Oolong milk tea. I saw the girl had the tea pre-made and just poured it from a jug, instead of making it fresh like other boba shops. I didn 't want to be rude and make any comments to her face, but this will be the first and last time that I will be coming to this Fremont location. The Milpitas location is much better and worth the extra drive.
One of my favorite chain boba shops. The staff at this location are very swift; they start to make drinks as the customer is paying, leading to very short wait time. The flavor of my tea is always good. The location is easy to find and access. I recommend this shop over the other two boba shops in this plaza.
I ordered three tea online and when I went there to pick up, the girl with green hair told me there were not enough materials so could only make two. But she told me she would make the refund tomorrow when get the permission from manager. A week later I still didn’t receive the refund. Tried to call the store but nobody answered. Left comments on official website but no response. Awful user experience.?
Outstanding boba!!!! Can’t emphasize the outstanding as much as it deserves lol. If u come here, u have to get the brown sugar milk tea with boba bc it’s literally all ur dreams come true.Price was 5 dollars so not bad.
Always no boba when I come to this location. And no lychee jelly. Don't come here if you want any boba pearls in your drink
