Even if the brothers Baumgartner were disassembled as owners of the place, a change of mood should be perceived. The son of Elias took over the shares of the uncle and thus also the order. This has now led to the great kitchen revolution: Christian Laberer, who had an important part in the culinary high flight of the deer for decades, has thrown the cooking spoon and developed the Mundenhof. Clarion Hotel Hirschen was one of my worst hotels. They expect something different for the fairly high price. The rooms are very large, but completely old-fashioned. I felt like the old house. The restaurant was rather narrow and more like the pub around the corner. The tables were so close together that you could not even go back with the chair to lift something without hitting the Hinterman. The best thing about the hotel was the pool. Very big and really beautiful. The staff was always in stress and not really friendly.
