Beef 'n Buns 'n Paradise - Fredrick

Here’s the thing, I have been coming here forever. This is a place I have been going for as long as I can remember. The food is always good. My problem is that the service can be very off setting. Terry is SUPER RUDE. Not nice at all, since I have been coming here for years, I know that they up charge for every single little thing. They literally charged my mom 75 cents for a water cup. Pretty sure that’s illegal but who knows. I typically do take out so we don’t get water cups but the one time we stop by to eat there at the outdoor eating they do this. Also, my parents got the banana split and asked for no fudge and would rather get caramel in place of the fudge. Well guess what, good ol terry charged them an extra $1.50 for that. And as she was saying all this my parents AGREED to pay but she just kept being so rude and short. Unfortunately after years of coming here we just cannot support anymore. I’ll miss the flavor burst but you don’t treat loyal customers this way. We also witnessed Terry being rude to other customers as well. I heard a lady say “that was so stressful” after she ordered.

Two years ago and longer this place was great to get food from. I used to get the Rubens and the Frenny burger. Last year they started overcooking the corned beef. I thought it was a new cook getting some experience but it persisted. Since then I've stuck to the burgers but today my burger was actually room temperature and had a slight off taste like they are not prepared fresh now. My buddy got a melt and his was hot. I won't be getting any more food here maybe just some ice cream.

Excellent place for grass-fed beef burgers and fried chicken burgers. Great quality meat, and super clean. Friendly staff. Try the Karachi Fire burger if you like lots of flavor and spice, the Rico burger for Latin flavor /plantain, and the phillysteak style Steak n Cheese Sandwich for a classic. Recommended! Dietary restrictions: Halal

Beef'n Buns'n Paradise. What have we been missing. Thought we would try it this evening. This place deserves 10 stars. Very polite staff. The food left my family and I wanting absolutely nothing. Perfect burgers , fries and onion rings. And the milkshakes are in a class of their own. We will be frequently visiting.
