The Terrace Restaurant - Fredericton

There were limited items on the menu but the food is excellent and staff is great! I loved their burger.

We had a very nice lunch in the Terrace Room. They have an interesting menu with a nice selection of entrees. I opted for the soup of the day ( pirogie soup that did taste like pirogies and was very filling) and a house salad. Both were very good. A few of my friends had the burgers which looked good and were quite substantial.

So glad the lobster club made its way back as a lunch special! We thoroughly enjoyed the lobster club with ceasar salad on the patio last Sunday and the view was one of a kind. Gorgeous day for the patio ! The plants, blankets and pillows are a nice touch for comfort.

My wife and I enjoyed the buffet dinner which had a tantalizing selection of seafood and roast beef. The wine list was good and reasonably priced and we enjoyed excellent service. The terrace overlooks the Saint John River and provides a pleasant view while dining. This restaurant is on our list of places to visit again.

The Terrace was recommended by a friend from Freddy, and certainly no stranger to the kitchen himself. I'm very glad we went with his suggestion during our short 2 night stay. My wife wanted to save room for desert, so went with 2 appetizers rather than an entrée. She said her lobster ravioli and trio of tomatoes salad were dynamite. Myself... I've had some very nice halibut dishes at some very nice restaurants, but Terrace is the new frontrunner. It was cooked to perfection, and the potato and leek mess was the perfect base. Pearl onions, morel mushrooms, and crispy leeks brought it all together. Excellent plating, service, and incredible flavours! We will be back next time we're in Freddy.
