Caribbean Flavas - Fredericton

Caribbean Flavas is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience! Here, the music, the atmosphere, the service, and the spices come together to transport you to a place you've never been before. The owners genuinely care for their guests, and you can taste that in every bite.

I visited this restaurant during a business trip, and I was impressed by the owners' kindness as they took the time to engage in conversation with everyone. I appreciate that this local business stands out from the typical trade establishments, and that was a wonderful experience.

A quick search for the Happy Kuh brought us to this easily accessible spot. The jambalaya was delicious, although the portion size felt a bit small for the price. The menu didn't clearly indicate that the lunch portions would be petite, but I suppose it could be understood if you're planning to visit nearby attractions afterward.

The food is delicious, portions were a bit small when we went, for the price. Very accommodating for vegans.

Went to Caribbean Flavas and was delighted by the friendly and helpful staff. Gave advance notice of being vegan and was offered a few choices, all of them delicious. Samosas and coconut curry onion rings for starters and a great curry cashew vegetable dish as main. Please note that most of the dishes are quite spicy but if you don't like that I'm sure they can help you out. They even offer cocnut milk ice cream made on the premises! Truely a delightful restaurant and wonderful staff. Prices are reasonable and I can't wait to go back. They even offer catering!
