The food is decent, although a bit on the expensive side. The selection is limited, but if you're craving a taco, you'll definitely get one. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

The food is decent, but they often get my order wrong or don't have what’s listed on the menu. The service is also quite slow when it comes to getting the food out. However, at least it's a taco!

Absolutely fantastic! Mayra made coordinating our event a breeze—she was so easy and pleasant to work with. The food was incredible and brought back memories of home in California. Everyone was raving about it and wished they had ordered more. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended! I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We visited for a late lunch and tried the following: - **Shrimp Tacos**: The shrimp were large and plentiful, fresh, and juicy, with a flavorful marinade. They paired wonderfully with the mild tomatillo salsa, along with pico de gallo and cilantro crema. - **Steak Tacos**: I kept it simple with just chopped onions. The steak was tasty and satisfying. - **Birria Tacos**: These were delightfully cheesy with tender, flavorful beef that fell apart easily. The consommé was one of the best I've ever had! - **Steak Burrito**: I appreciated that the tortilla was lightly pan-fried; however, it contained too much rice, and the refried beans were quite watery. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it's worth noting that they are currently cash only. There are picnic tables available for you to enjoy your meal before you head out, as well as a portable restroom next to the truck. They have a trash bag located at the back of the truck, and there’s plenty of parking in the gravel lot. During Teacher Appreciation Week, our school treated us to food from a Taco Tuesday truck, and it was fantastic! I had the chicken bowl, which was packed with rice, tender chicken, and all the tasty toppings. Absolutely delicious!
