Bidra med feedbackI had my big truck that dragged a car and couldn't fit into the drive it was late, I was really hungry had a long trip, I just wanted a vanilla ice cream coffee and a big mac. So I made the line to foot. park my truck so they could see why I did. manager in layer marcia come to see us. She was okay with it, and she told us to leave. that she had to take the car behind us. I told her I made the line and I pay for my own food. just like they do. then she closes the window and said for her safety that I had to leave. I just wanted a vanilla coffee. really bad customer service. it wasn't busy at all. we had only one car behind us. once again really bad customer service. a manager success is to serve the customer and make customers happy. for the return of the customer. for manager who are not willing to give it the best. is better for her to stay home. thanks. att. a hungry customer
They were quick! I don't have a lot of time to get lunch, and I didn't have to wait long for service, even in the drive through.
The drive through staff is unfriendly and rushed us. My mother ordered a cup of coffee and when she asked for a fresh cup she was given an attitude. After we parked we waited almost 10 minutes before having to remind them we were waiting and given a cup of coffee
Ordered a hot fudge sunday... I knew this would happen...they make as soon as its ordered and present you with a partially melted product because you are #5 in a slow line!! Its true that common sense isn't so common any more! It takes less than a minute to wait and present a fresh product!!
The neatest and fastest service at a Mc Donald ever. The place is very clean and the staff was really professional a lot everything. Have no room for complaint. They even have a handicap seating very close to the entrance. Restrooms are equally well maintained.
