The food, cocktails, and service at this restaurant are fantastic.

This place is amazing. The hosts and servers are all so polite and nice. Our server was amazing. I think her name was Jenny but I might be wrong. She boxed up our food three different times which no one ever does. Her service the whole time was top notch, but boxing up our food was next level. No one ever seems to do this anymore, but it makes such a big difference in the experience. Bar cocktails came out super fast and so did the apps, entrees, and dessert. Amazing experience over all and it doesn't break the bank. Granite House is a well oiled machine with a great ambience inside. Thank you for a fun date night experience!

We had the oysters appetizer, burrata salad and the rockfish with grits. All were fabulous, and plenty of food for the two of us. Good service, well made cocktails. Highly recommended.

The food is fantastic, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is unique. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely should.

This is my top restaurant in Fredericksburg. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. If you're fortunate enough to try the cheesecake, you're in for a real treat. I always hope it's on the menu every time I visit. Don't miss out on this place!
