Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Fredericksburg

I ordered the 2 Meat Plate with ribs, sliced brisket, potato salad, and BBQ baked beans. The meat was tender, but lacked flavor and didn't have any smoky taste or seasoning. The potato salad tasted store-bought and the beans seemed like they came straight out of a can without any BBQ flavor. The portion sizes were disappointing with only 2 ribs, 1 slice of brisket, and a small BBQ sauce for $16.45. Overall, I was not satisfied with the meal and won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

We tried the pulled pork sandwiches and found the BBQ to be incredibly tasty! I personally like the original sauce better. We have been returning to this restaurant more frequently because the food is both affordable and generous in portion sizes.

I tried the 2 for $24 deal and everything I ordered was delicious, tender, and full of flavor. If you enjoy meat, you should definitely try the ribs and brisket. We also loved the Mac and Cheese, dinner rolls, and fried okra. Dickey's is a great choice!

Very good bbq! Mac and cheese very cheesy. Meets very good also.

Pork bbq was good. Giant potato was missing sour cream, cheese, and the beer cheese sauce I put as add on topping.
