Bidra med feedbackI had excellent service and the vibes were okay, but I ordered fajita nachos and only got like 7 small pieces of meat, and the nachos were very bland. I highly regret ordering them. I honestly did not enjoy. I’m sure the other food is good but I’d steer clear of the nachos unfortunately I just don’t think they are worth the $15.
The place to go for patio vibes for sure! Food was very mid and cocktails over priced for what they were but the live music was loud and the patio shady and cute.
To the further comments made by them, your business will NOT be missed! That table who offered to paid for you are regulars who were actually my table and tipped me well over 25% because they felt bad for y’all’s terrible behavior and told me I gave excellent service. Never have I had a single bad review about my service because it has never happened (and the photo you’re trying to add is still not about my service. I’m an excellent server and deserved nothing you did to me. The professional about me not knowing shows the ignorance of individuals thinking they’re really doing something, but the entire place was appalled by their behavior only and I had multiple customers not from my tables apologizing for what you did to me. We did not allow MY other table to pay for YOUR ticket as it was not their job to pay for the beers and shot left on the tab because they just wanted you gone! You can claim it was slammed but when I asked the other half of the group if I was rude they shook their heads no! The lady who claimed the bartender came over no she didn’t it was the OWNER who I got involved so she could fix the situation because I am a great server and wanted yall to get what yall wanted so there wouldn’t be an issue when she made ugly comments and faces to me about something that was NOT in my control. This shows you didn’t even know who was who or what I tried to do to get yall what u wanted. Those people who offered to pay hugged me to make sure I was okay because you screamed and pointed in my face over an issue that had nothing to do with me and I gave excellent service of providing the owner right away to fix the issue and get it off your ticket so you didn’t have to pay. After the second drink I didn’t know she got she gave me a very dirty look said “I’m not drinking that so I can just take it off” when I was still trying to fix the problem she didn’t like. No one is going to disrespect me and yell in my face and point their finger in my face when I did nothing but solely have to have my other tables be checked on by others because I had to connect deal with the negative attitude from the lady. If anything so many individuals came to make sure I was okay after the ridiculous and unnecessary situation caused by your party to a girl a third of your age. You can state you didn’t like the drinks and go dig for complaints because you have nothing better to do with your time, but there are many other great reviews too! You began yelling and pointing at me for nothing I did and people came to my defense when you became belligerently ugly to someone who did nothing but everything they could for YOU. Please find something better to do with your time. As you stated you won’t be returning so leave it that way and move on with life. Please go find other people to harass before I file formal complaints. To the review below this group was 8 people half great and half trashy! Lady complained about “not liking the drink” because it wasn’t in a martini glass because all were being used, so owner helped her and got her what she wanted. She continued to complain in order to get free drinks ultimately. She was completely disrespectful to staff and those in the restaurant. She yelled and caused a huge scene getting everybody at the establishment involved, and pointed her finger in my face and was disrespectful. Just know the half good group paid and the other half of the group walked out on a tab that was still $50. You committed theft from a restaurant by walking out on drinks they had at the establishment so if anything her the individual deserves -5 stars and I hope absolutely nobody serves them anything because they will only complain in order to get free things and walk out on a tab. She claim racism yet the restaurant and all those that served her were the same race LOL! The establishment has them on camera walking out, so to them thank you for never coming back because you will also have law-enforcement called on you! So please file and we will gladly file right back for stealing from the establishment
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we received during our visit to your establishment. This was our third annual weekend trip to Fredericksburg, and it was the first time we chose to visit your location. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. One member of our group did not like the drink she ordered and requested the same drink I had, which was good. However, the drink she received was spicy and seemed to be nothing but the mix. When she mentioned this, the bartender came to our table to address the issue. We decided to leave shortly after this interaction, but the waitress slammed the receipt on the table, which we felt was unnecessarily rude. When she mentioned this to the waitress, the waitress continued to be rude, leading to further unnecessary confrontation. A second employee joined in, yelling and getting confrontational as well. We decided it was best to leave at this point. As we were exiting, the 2nd employee chased one of our party members outside, got in her face, and continued to yell at her. When we chimed in that this is getting out of hand and ridiculous she started to curse at us. This level of unprofessional behavior was completely unacceptable and tarnished our otherwise enjoyable annual trip. Our group of 10 originally but when leaving was 8 people have enjoyed visiting Fredericksburg each year, but we will not be returning to your establishment. We plan to share this experience with friends and other potential patrons. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future customers from having a similar experience. To clarify and address the comment by Zara. She did offer to pay. However, the individuals we were speaking with at the time advised her not to worry about it, as they had a connection with the owner. Your comments have just shown the “professionalism” we were dealing with.
I live the live music in the court yard. Nice touch. They serve fast. Attentive staff.
