My mother suggested Red Horse for Thanksgiving when she found out they would be open. Biggest mistake ever. Where to start? I paid $320 for 6 plates of the most average and mundane food ever. Best restaurant in Frederick, in my humble opinion. The service is warm, ambience inviting and portion generous. The steak is fresh and incredible and they've got great seafood option as well, all locally sourced.
