The food was fresh and from the beginning to the end delish. The Koleslaw was homemade with a hint of Dill Pickles. The flounder was fleshy, moist with a crispy exterior along with the devil eggs with bacon bits. I would give this place more than 5 stars. Very recommend this hidden gem.

PIGS is a fantastic option for a wedding supervisor! At first my wife Skeptical was from Barbeque for our wedding, but PIGS brings both highly professional staff and options that are better than a backyard BBQ. PIGS treated all our table settings, glassware, equipment rentals, including chairs, simplified our manufacturer management! The hardest part of work with PIGS is the selection of your menu! The meat, sides and sauces are so good that it takes time to select your menu. All our foods were delicious, we recommend the brisket and smoked chicken with the cold green beans, roasted potatoes and seasonal salad. PIGS brings so much food that everyone is well fed and there were many remains. At other weddings? ve visited there are not enough food and people are hungry, this will not be the case with PIGS. We had several guests who complement our dinner and cocktail meals. The catering staff are professionally dressed and were at the top of the management of food, glassware and cocktail hours. A nice note that staff personally made sure that my wife and I had a lot to eat (what we heard is a common mistake). We took photos between the cocktail hour and the dinner and made sure we had full plates of food when we returned to the reception. Finally, PIGS did not calculate us for tasting that was another nice advantage over other providers. Overall, PIGS was exceptional value, which simplified the planning of our wedding and made for a big day!

Food is absolutely amazing. I didn't get a picture of my meal because I couldn't wait to eat! You can't go wrong. We always leave filled and left home with leftovers.

We chose PIGS BBQ for our wedding catering and it was such a great decision! Lisa was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process until the big day. On our actual wedding day, the PIGS team was professional and worked seamlessly with all other providers. Owner?s brother greeted me and waited on me. He was friendly and gave outstanding service. I dined during the ?dead time? between lunch and dinner and was leery of the food being fresh. Ordered the pork shoulder and the loaded potato salad. Such an impressive plate, served with Jalapeño corn bread, fresh-made pickles, etc. The pork was hot and juicy, not fatty. The potato salad was a bit too heavy; however, everything else was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this establishment!
