I think the staff is not much energetic.. They don't close the subway well which makes it difficult to eat.. But other than that.. It's good..
Train the staff!!!!!!!!!! Used the incorrect bread, incorrect amount of meat for a steak and cheese footlong, did not know how to make a wrap. Was excited to have subway back in Franklinton but it?s a waste of time and money.
This subway, in my town, has surprised me with its cleanliness, efficiency and pleasant service! There was another in a different location in the area that began to scrimp on the fillings for sub orders. Over time, it may have saved them money but it lost us as a customer! It eventually closed. So the first time into this Subway was a nice change but I honestly wondered if that was a fluke. As it turned out, it was not! Nothing ruins a sub like stale bread and so after repeat visits and no disappointments, I am happy to give them 5 stars!
Terrible location if you order online. They wont actually start making your food until you walk in the door to pick it up, no matter how far in advance you place your order. Last time they claimed they never even received my online order even though the payment posted to my account. I showed them the confirmation email as well as the order history in my Subway account but nope they didnt care. Instead I had to place a second order then dispute the charge for the first order with my bank once it went through and funds taken which it did. This location needs to be shut down. We no longer order from this one even though its 3 minutes from our home and instead drive the extra distance to either Youngsville or Creedmoor. It really is that bad!
I ordered a sub online to be able to pick it up on my thirty minute lunch break and the order went through. I get to the store and there are two kids running around as well as two men sitting at a table. A sign on the door reading Temporarily closed for cleaning . It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the door to talk with me and say that they attempted to call all online orders but I had received no call telling me such. When I asked about a refund I was told to call the 800 number. I attempted to call the 800 number and was told by a recording to put in a form online and someone would reach out to me. As of 11:35 on 4/4/22 I have put in three to four of them and no one has reached out to me about a refund.. It 's not that much money but in this day and age where we are all scraping by and want to get a small treat now and then it feels like they have stolen money from me and I am left here with nothing.
