Bidra med feedbackWe wanted a fun night out as a family and chose P.F. Changâs for the sushi. All seemed fine until our food was given to another table and had to be reordered. They brought out one guests entree while the rest of us sat waiting another 20 minutes to only receive the the wrong order. Two of the entrees had no meat. The waiter seemed frustrated with us when he failed to write down the order and it was his mistake. Again, another 15 minutes to correct the order. He told us the manager couldnât come out and speak to us. Never apologized nor offered to comp at least part of the order. Spent $150.00 and had an awful experience. By the way, the bathroom was very dirty. How about close this place down until you can do it right. Never again!
They CANCELLED the reservation we made without any notice after we had driven there. We got there to check in and they told us they no longer were accepting reservations because they had too many walk ins but completely FAILED to give any update to the people who had made reservations. It was so frustrating and we will not be choosing this place in the future due to their lack of communication and lack of apologetic response. So unacceptable.
Food we had was not as good compared to previous visits; spring rolls were excellent though. Orange Peel and Honey Chicken needed to be crunchier rather than more sauce. A bit noisy and higher prices.
Food was mediocre at best. Not seated at reservation time despite it wasnât busy. The check came before we could order dessert. We were celebrating a birthday of my niece who was visiting. The food from this location has been going downhill for a while.
Appetizers were excellent. Dessert was good. Entrees were disappointing didn't seem up to P.F. Chang's standard.
