O'charley’s Restaurant Bar - Franklin

Had the club and campfire potatoes. It was good. Silvia brought it straight here. Which made it perfect. Potatoes were still hot.

I came tonight at 5:00 and ordered to go. I ordered a shrimp flour with potatoes, Mac and cheese and also a steak chicken plier with Mac and cheese with a salad, also a tea. An order to go home with me. I tipped 11.00. The young lady told me about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. They had other customers come to pick up orders during this time. I see commands both on their bookshelf and behind their counter. It was enough time when I didn't understand what took so long. I go to the counter and ask if they're done with my order, it's 5:40. My job wasn't just done, it's been up there for 20 minutes. I'm obviously upset that no one has harassed my name, nothing. I'll get my food and talk to the manager. I'll tell him the situation he says? What can I do about it? I said good Idk could lead the restaurant better, then he told me I was insulting for it. I told him it was insulting that I spent 50.00 on food to just let it sit on metal frames. He literally didn't care. So I ended up with food that was not fresh a salad that was among all other foods, so it was also hot and devastated, and a steak that was well done was not good. No, I don't recommend this place. The manager there must be the non-supporting person I've ever met in food or retail. Just in case you ask yourself, they only had a few customers in place and people in and out for picking up. Other customers were upset about picking orders, but none of them placed their order. What a waste of money.

My father has Parkinson's and we cant take him out to eat anymore. He lives 5 min from O'Charleys. We ordered him filet mignon medium rare and I ordered bone in ribeye medium rare. We both ended up with beef jerkey at best. Both steaks way overcooked. Will not be doing carryout here ever again.

The restaurant happens to be a bit louder than I'd prefer to spend a nice meal with my wife, this the 4 out of 5 star review. The chicken tenders are often juicy and an honestly a good part of many of their good meals/ dinners.

Jordan our waiter was great. The food was good but not great. My spaghetti was not hot. My husband said his burger was ok but not something to come back for.
