Mcdonald's - Franklin

Fast service. But drive thru order taker was rushing through orders. Like, let me tell you when I'm done.

Service was very fast, food was waiting when we pulled to the window. Order was correct. Previous visits have not been so pleasant but seems they are getting better.

A few months ago I came to this mcdonald’s at 1030 in the at night baked, ordered a big Mac food and got my food and went home. I get home to open my box of my favorite burgers, because there is missing 1 out of the 2 patties. sad, defeated, but still hungry, I ate it. Today my first time came back, the same scenario. I ordered my 10 pieces spicy nugget meal with the hot sauce, paid, and got my food right for the first time. once I spent more time with the car in and out of the restaurant than I sat in the car. I hope tonight wasn't even something. keep it up.

I used the app for the first time at this place and was not happy, the load had a big half mcdonald’s lkw blocked the start at lunch so they had to wait in the line, although she had curbside. they also gave me a little frit instead of a middle frit. corporate also put a rate adjustment keep on my debit card, I had to call and get it released. I will not use the app anymore.

From all days to close early for cleaning maintenance, they chose the day when mcdonald released their new spicy chicken bugs. who does it? that does franklin mcdonald’s!
