Dunkin' - Franklin

Google Maps indicated that they were open, so I made a special trip since this is the only location that opens earlier than 5 AM. I arrived at 4:22 AM, and while there were plenty of donuts and employees present, I was rudely turned away and informed that they wouldn’t open until 5 AM, just like the other locations. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning to this location in the future.

I give 5 stars for the subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, and the front cashier. However, while I was in the shower, the maintenance guy knocked on my door and asked how I got in. I replied that I used the app, and he insisted I hadn’t, as if I had stolen the shower—what a ridiculous situation! Despite that odd encounter, I’ll probably keep coming back. If there’s shower theft going on here, who knows what could happen in the parking lot!

They are never open during posted business hours. Went today at 5pm, posted hours listed show they are open until 8pm. As I get out of my car to go in, since the drive thu is also never open, an employee sitting in his car smoking tells me that they are closed. This has happened on every occasion that I have gone to this location in the past year.

They asked me if I wanted my latte hot or iced so I said hot. I pulled up and it was ice cold… was it sitting there forever or what happened? How did you give me cold espresso?
