I kindly ask that you take my feedback into account and enhance your service. I traveled 40 minutes with high expectations for a wonderful experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet my hopes.

I have a strong appreciation for great food, but my experience with the service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered online, but when I arrived, my order was not ready. I tried to call while I was there, but the line was disconnected. The staff was not very helpful and essentially told me they don't keep track of their online orders. I found it difficult to comprehend how they could overlook a system they rely on. I left feeling frustrated and believe they need to significantly improve their customer service skills.
