Barbara's Home Cookin - Franklin

This was exactly what I wanted in down home cooking. All of the food was outstanding and filling as down home food should be the desserts were even better. The waitresses were polite and knew the menu. Wonderful family restraunt, kid friendly. Be sure to bring an appetite and a gut yearning for southern cooking. Beyond happy with everything here.

Best meat and three around then add a ginormous yeast roll and homemade dessert and you will know what a southern meal tastes like!

This place is what livin' enjoying southern cookin'. The folks that run the place make you feel like you dropping over to family's house for a meal. Love this place and the people in it, and the food is real and wonderful.
