Bidra med feedbackIn relation to other European and N. American lounges we kindly give a 4 relatively but not considering actual 4s and 5s experienced in Asia or the Middle East where they really know how to have business class lounges. Husband gives a 3 at best.
FRA tends to have good lounges; food selections were broad and hot items were fresh and delicious for a quick on-the-go bite before a flight.
Was travelling business class from Zurich to Frankfurt and decided to use this service to easy my travell with two small children. I was told off by staff saying my flight wasn’t long enough to use that lounge. On the website nowhere says how long should be the flight to use this service. Very disappointed in Lufthansa service and their personnel at the Lufthansa Welcome lounge in Frankfurt airport.
Quiet spot to rest between flights. Self-serve bar. And they have good German pretzels to snack on. Available to Star Alliance Gold (and above) customers.
This is an extremely unorganized and rude and unprofessional airline. After they canceled our flight at the last minute, which was the final leg to get us to our rental car, where we could then be off on dream Europe trip with the family. Then they offered us no accommodations whatsoever in the airport as they jerked us around between extremely long service lines. They have multiple lounges in their airport which they would not let my family use, but instead kept us for hours on the uncomfortable airline chairs, this airline is single-handedly, turning our trip into a nightmare and everyone I have spoken with who is flying on this airline corroborates the same sort of experience. We will never use this airline ever again and we will educate as many people about it as we can.
