We had a really nice dinner. The food was good and the waitress very kind. I recommend this restaurant

We had a big family meal (8 adults, 6 children) on Sunday the food was fantastic, classic German (wurst, schnitzel etc) although they also do burgers and other bits if Frankfurt fodder is too much. This is a real locals restaurant another table downstairs was singing loudly (but quite tunefully) when we left. They also had lost their english menus so if your german is very bad you might struggle here. They were happy to deal with us despite many changes of order, small children being annoying wanting to get down a lot etc. Would recommend this to anyone, but particularly if you are travelling through Frankfurt and want to experience a bit of old school food, done to a very high standard.

Had supper there in September 2014. Small restaurant mostly frequented by German people. Staff was very friendly, brought menu in English when they saw we were struggling with the menu in German and advised us! Very good and reasonably priced food. The only drawback is that they do not accept payment by card, so you need to have euros to pay the bill

We were thrilled with the food. The tables are too close together, you have no privacy. We'll be back.

We were completely satisfied and can only recommend this restaurant.
