Oma's - FRANKENMUTH

We entered and I watched as the lady in a red vest (a supervisor/manager?? used an old wet rag to wipe down the tables leaving them wet and dirty and then she’d turn around and put napkins and silverware on the wet tables. It was sickening. She did that to my table too and I asked for dry wipes to clean it. She later put a small pile of wipes on my table so I could finish wiping down my table. I lost my appetite watching her repeatedly wiping tables with the same rag leaving them wet and dirty, but adding silverware to each table nonetheless. Who trains a person to do that in a restaurant? I have worked in three different restaurants in Michigan and in Indiana, but never once did I or my coworkers ever clean tables that way. Poor Noah my waiter tried his best to make up for the terrible first impression. Hint: do not order the small potato’s, they weren’t cooked through. They were mushy. Bottom line: first time was my last time ever eating at this restaurant.

My wife and I stayed at the Bavarian Inn for our 23rd Anniversary. We thought we would have breakfast at this restaurant since it was part of the hotel. We ordered our food and when we got it my wife's eggs were cooked way to done and her sausage was cooled. The waitress never came back around for awhile and by the time we saw her My wife was upset and she didn't even get a chance to get something else. Not a good start to our day. Waitress didn't even seem to really care. Never going there ever again.

Food was decent but it was expensive for what it was. The pretzel was great!! I would have enjoyed it more if they could keep your drinks in check. I was so thirsty we waited 10-15 just to get drinks. Then refills was just as long and that's not good with lots of salty food.

Visiting Frankenmuth with the family. We looked for places to have brunch and saw Oma's. The young lady that brought our food was very nice and friendly! The food was great! It did take a bit to get to the table, but you never know. Maybe they were short-staffed. It was still a great experience and I would recommend going to Oma's!

Nice atmosphere with good entertainment, friendly staff,nice atmosphere. Parking: Lots of parking available Kid-friendliness: Staff is very friendly with everyone including kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to get around with wheelchair.
