Starbucks - Fox Valley

Always a great store filled with lovely people. Sure, it's a Starbucks and the criticisms are valid. It's expensive, they roast their coffee too dark, etc. What makes this store different is the staff. They're beautiful; quick to smile and ready to make someone laugh. People like Maddie, who beams while talking with you and working harder than I can imagine. I could go to 400 different Starbucks, but I choose this one because of their staff.

Staff are always nice and gitty...drinks are made right. This is our go to place for our family hangout days. Everyone gets their favorite drinks and we get back on the road.

I love going here. One of my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always very friendly and orders are always accurate and on time. Definitely recommend this location.

Service was great. They were busy and I had ordered a cold brew with 2 pumps of syrup. The barista did 4, (2 is standard so it doesn’t show the number on the cup and 4 is the standard for all other grande drinks). After they completed the drink I asked if they could remake it because it was too sweet and I asked for two pumps. The response was very nice and understandable, remade the drink. Great service!
