Taco Bell - Fountain

Quality of the food isn’t bad, but just expect to wait at least 20 mins even if there’s only 1 other person in line. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Got our food and my partner is picky an we asked for no cheese no lettuce/veggies on their doritos locos tacos (6 of them) and they had been made wrong the person at the window had her phone out and vape in her hand hitting it an we waited for 5 plus minutes to get our order redone and then they remade them but not as doritos locos tacos but regular tacos I'm very unhappy Food: 1

My entire order was handed to the car in front of me and then passed back to the drive thru worker. The drive thru worker said they would remake my entire order and then proceeded to hand me the same old bag of food. I go inside to get a full refund and there are already 4 people waiting to speak to a manager. Like other people have said, the entire staff look stoned and didn’t seem to understand anything that was going on. The girl working the window looked to be about 14 years old. No apologies from the manager when I told her what happened. She just stared at me with a huge smile on her face. What is happening to the restaurants in this area??

Only reason I’m rating 2 stars is because the guy at the window was wonderful. However, the girl who was on the mic wasn’t very kind and not helpful. Super appreciative for the guy at the window! However, please get a new person on mic. We wanted 6 regular burritos and 6 soft tacos and we got offered the cravings deal because we were told we can’t do 6 burritos and 6 soft tacos. But the cravings deal didn’t have what we wanted, like at all. The guy at the window helped us immensely and I am really thankful for him. Thank you man, you’re awesome. Carrying the weight of providing a good service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Customer service was absolutely trash. Employees just stood around and had absolutely no try to get orders out in a timely manner. Absolutely trash Service: 1
