Subway - Fountain Valley

This morning I arrived and found a lady, who I think is Mexican because she doesn't speak English well, and she treated me very poorly, in a bad mood, and almost shouting, what bad service... that lady got up today from Bad, We as clients are not to blame for the problems they have, work is work and that's it, they should get those bad-tempered employees like this lady out of work. Because just as my hunger went away, there may be more clients that this lady is going to serve like this, and that is a loss for the company.

Bad service I ordered a pizza and I told him you can make it supreme and he told me not only how it is there on the menu... and that everything charges if I am buying it is because I am going to pay. Not even the owner when I asked for my pizza...

The place is cleaner, creating a pleasant atmosphere. And let's talk about the sandwiches – they're a fresh delight! Kudos to the new owner for making such positive improvements. The clean vibe and fresh sandwiches at Subway now are a total win. It's like a tasty makeover!

Just had the Subway Meatball Marinara via takeout, and it was great! The meatballs were flavorful, the marinara sauce was perfect, and the sandwich was well-crafted. Quick and efficient pickup, friendly staff, and a satisfying portion size. Highly recommend! ??

I recently visited the Subway at Promenade shopping center under new management and was pleasantly surprised by the positive changes. My choice for the day was the oven-roasted turkey sandwich, and I must say I was pleased to witness the preparation process. The ingredients were fresh, and the turkey was perfectly roasted, contributing to a delicious and satisfying meal.The dining area and service counters were clean, creating a hygienic environment. Despite the restaurant being busy during lunch hours, the service was quick and staffs are invested in customer service. This is a significant improvement from my previous experiences, and it reflects the new management's commitment to enhancing the customer experience.My overall experience was satisfactory and I look forward to returning to enjoy more delicious meals in the future.
