Bidra med feedbackI am currently dealing with food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. I've never felt this unwell since I was a child. Not only has my experience with Chipotle been ruined for the foreseeable future, but I now feel compelled to check reviews for food poisoning before dining out from now on. This is simply unacceptable. Food: 1/5
The attitudes here are disappointing, and it's frustrating to have to get the staff’s attention just to be acknowledged. The food bar needs to be kept fresh, clean, and well-stocked. It seems like the staff could use a more positive outlook—I'm sure things aren't as bad as they make them out to be. Overall, I would rate the service: 1/5.
I first visited this restaurant about six months ago and unfortunately got food poisoning after having a chicken bowl. I thought it was just a one-off incident, as I had dined at many Chipotle locations without any issues before. Last week, I decided to give it another try and ordered a quesadilla with chicken fajita veggies online. However, when I got home, I discovered that my quesadilla was missing cheese—just the meat and veggies inside. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning again. Putting the food poisoning aside, I’m really frustrated that the one essential ingredient that defines a quesadilla was overlooked in my order.
The cashier girl was very rude. Rolled her eyes when she forgot my order was for to-go. Gave me the foil lid for my bowl then she just stood there expecting me to put it in myself. I'm not sure if it's the same girl but last time I was at this chipotle the girl was visibly agitated at me for walking in, forcing her to stop talking to her friends so she had to work.
Food was fine we love Chipotle, so no issues here. We had an issue with the girl at the cash register... not only did she not even try to crack a smile, she had a frown and look of annoyance through the whole interaction, despite us being pleasant. When I asked her for chips, she didn 't respond and instead just reached back and grabbed them after a few seconds, followed by Anything else? in a very annoyed manner again.Despite the restaurant not being busy it was hard to find a clean table.Talked to the manager about it and she didn 't give an impression that she really cared about it just said ok I 'll talk to her. Although customer service in general everywhere hasn 't been great, this was just plain unpleasant and nobody should have to be treated this way when they 're going to spend money and enjoy lunch.Everyone can have bad days, but this was at a level that leaves the kind of impression that makes customers not want to go back.
