Caffe Roma - Forte dei Marmi

Imagine being hungover and driving to your local low price supermarket and buying the cheapest frozen pizza. Following that, taking it home and overcooking it. This is the experience you are likely to encounter should you be as foolish as us to enter the only empty place in the area. That being said the waiter was a lovely chap and offered us a free dessert after I paid. But still, never go there even with the worst hangover.

Despite many negative reviews of this place we enjoyed our meal. Lasagne portion was small but very tasty certainly not microwaved. Penne pomodoro was huge delicious. Wine was €25 overpriced in comparison to other towns we’ve visited. Service was good too. Nice town square location.

Just had “dinner” there ... do yourself a favor and skip this place. I had “seafood pasta” not edible. In my opinion they have brought me microwaved leftovers. Overcooked tasteless pasta... topped with smelly baby octopus mussels which after two bites i had to ask the waiter to take it away. At least they have been polite enough not to add it to the bill. The only thing i’ve enjoyed was the warm bread. One positive remark the girl that served us was very cute, gentle and polite.
