Bidra med feedbackI just left this restaurant, and I won’t be coming back to this location again! The food is consistently cold, and I found that I was missing three orders of fries from my bag. To make things worse, I also discovered a soiled glove in my bag—it’s downright disgusting!
I visited the restaurant on Saturday night with some friends and ordered food for everyone. Overall, the food was good, but we faced a major issue when I tried to place an additional order. The staff member at the front informed me that they weren't taking any more dine-in orders due to being understaffed. I understand the situation, but it was frustrating to see him socializing with others in the lobby instead of focusing on his duties. This happened at 1:30 AM when the restaurant wasn't even busy. When I asked for his manager's name, he disappeared into the kitchen, and I could hear laughter coming from there. He never returned. This experience felt very unprofessional. Additionally, the lobby was dirty, and the service was unfriendly. I plan to reach out to the corporate office about this.
I had a disappointing experience at Whataburger. We waited a long time for service while an employee was lounging in the dining area. The scrambled eggs were cold and overcooked. There wasn’t any coffee ready, and it took a while before we finally received water and coffee. When I looked at my coffee cup, I could see the bottom through the liquid—let me tell you, that's not a good sign. I eventually had to ask for condiments. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Whataburger!
The manager, Jeff, has a rather indifferent attitude when it comes to customer complaints. Dining here can be quite unpredictable. I visit about 3-4 times a month, but I never know if my meal will be prepared correctly. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
The experience began positively, with friendly staff. However, after I had eaten most of my burger, I discovered a 2.5-inch hair in it. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I approached them calmly to address the situation. Unfortunately, they didn't seem concerned or apologetic when my new burger was brought to me, and there was no acknowledgment from them after I expressed my apologies for any inconvenience. Their attitude came off as rude, and I would not recommend this location.
