Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

I was so excited today I was finally going to eat at Rosa's Cafe as I had seen the commercials a few years back and always wanted to eat there.. I ordered mine and my husband a breakfast fajita plate he asked me if I wanted spicy or regular and Iwanted one spicy and one regular so I told her. And what do you know they did not even label those my husband ended up eatingmine and I ended up biting into his spicy plate it was just total mess... why dont they label things..i need a do over...om myplate at least... I still have it.. the only thing that I did enjoy so much for those delicious flour tortillas see I can givecredit where credit is deserved.

Ordered taco salad because each taco salad is slightly different from place to place as each cook or chef has their own way of making one. I like both the taco and fiesta salads. The variety of other foods served satisfies most people as authenticMexican food but very strict and picky eaters may prefer local family owned Mexican restaurants over the Rosa's chain becausetheir food may be made from scratch as opposed to premade. Rosa's combines a fast food and restaurant experience withreasonable prices.

Yummy!! They have their own tortilleria so the tortillas are super good. Any Taco is the best way to go here
