Pollo Regio - Fort Worth

I dined at this restaurant today and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff at the cash register. As for the food, it was hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. I might just have to order some to take home for later!

The food was delicious, and the service was consistently excellent! Their green salsa is my absolute favorite. I highly recommend it, giving it a perfect 10 out of 10!

I visited the restaurant after 4 PM and ordered chicken nachos, but they mistakenly served me beef instead. I also ordered half a chicken with fries and refried beans, but instead received unappetizing rice and other beans. I was extremely dissatisfied! My food wasn't even fresh! I was very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food.

The Mexican rice at this restaurant was the best I've ever tasted—truly, it deserves a five-star rating! However, the fajitas and beans fell short in terms of flavor. Overall, I would rate this restaurant three stars, but the rice alone makes it worthy of five stars.

I also ordered half a chicken, and the staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The chicken was fresh and flavorful, and the rice and beans were the best I've ever tasted! I will definitely be returning!
