I just enjoyed an excellent dinner at this restaurant. We started with the queso, which had a wonderful homemade taste. I tried the Corona Rita, which was a bit sweeter than I anticipated but still very enjoyable. I ordered the fish tacos, which I absolutely loved. My dining companion had the ranchiladas, featuring tender, juicy steak that paired beautifully with the cheese enchiladas; he described it as amazing. Our dishes came out promptly, and I want to give a special shout-out to Anna for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs, all while being very friendly and polite. It was some of the best service we've experienced in a long time!
The food was excellent. However, like many other establishments, they were severely understaffed. There was only one server, and she was doing her best under the circumstances. The table next to us had been set while we were finishing our meal, and when the server informed them that she would be right back, they seemed a bit frustrated. I mentioned to them that she was the only server available at the moment. There were nine tables occupied, with 2 to 4 people at each. Fortunately, everyone was understanding, especially after we explained that another server was on the way as soon as he finished his other job—apparently, the person who was supposed to be there had quit.
