Church's Chicken - Fort Worth

My husband recently went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and the employees left the service window open. He overheard them speaking negatively and laughing about how upset he would be if they gave him back his change in all nickels. This behavior was very unprofessional. We have decided that we will not be returning to this location in the future.

Location itself; trashy. pulled up the menu and I saw on the Churches chicken website they had a coupon that expired at the end of august. it 's 7/30/22) and she said we don 't got that. and I was like ok.. interesting and she sold me something else and it 's like they didn 't put any seasoning no salt no nothing The colesaw was strange tasting too. The employee wasnt rude she was just kinda like There but sort of condescending as if I was expected to know the menu top to bottom as if I work there. But yeah don 't go back it 's dirty

I ordered two boxes of chicken and drinks at this restaurant and the clerk, Saima, was extremely professional and polite. The transaction was quick and smooth, and the food was delicious. I definitely plan on visiting this location more often. Highly recommend.

Love going to this location! The food is always fresh and the service is prompt. This is my go to place for fried chicken.

This place is fantastic! The management has changed, but the food quality is still top-notch. I highly recommend it for large orders.
