They have good food, But the service could be better. Would definitely recommend!

Four of us came here for dinner after hiking Nevis. Took 25mins to get our food. Didn’t take photos, but food looked similar to several other reviews here. Cajun chicken was aggressively seasoned, mild spiciness and slightly over cooked but still tasted good. Two people ordered steak stout. Meat was tender and a tad salty. Forth member had the steak pie and said it was savoury and tender! Restaurant seating upstairs was closed. Pub style seating downstairs.

We came after we climb the mountain late in the evening, without booking, but we are very welcome by the friendly and attentive waitresses. Wide range of food and beer and very cheap. The food was delicious and the restaurant was a nice place to finish our day. Very recommended

We visited a wonderful rainy day and we were a bit cold, so it was very nice to have a delicious warm meal with super friendly staff. You order at the bar and the service is quite fast. For the ladies, the toilets are up, we have the wrong ones down below that were for the men. Prices are very affordable and definitely it for what you get.

Amazing food. The Stag Pie and the Boar and Haggis Burger were beautiful. Like the kids Nuggets. You even make a dog menu. Our dog wolfed the sausages. Good selection of Scottish beers and apple wines. Nice staff and beautiful decor. Very recommended.
