Bidra med feedbackDuring my visit, I encountered a significant absence of hospitality. I had a minor spill while walking to the window, and the staff responded with harsh criticism. They appeared cold and uninviting, and I felt that the experience did not justify the $10 I spent.
The restaurant was almost cozy, but I found it to be rather expensive. The atmosphere felt outdated and not very clean, and it seemed like the management prioritized profits over creating a pleasant experience for customers. There was a noticeable lack of care and attention to detail.
I arrived at the drive-thru an hour and a half before their listed closing time on Google, but the outside lights were off and the menu sign was barely visible. When the person on the intercom responded, there was extremely loud music playing in the background. They informed me that they were out of pretzel buns and didn’t have Dr. Pepper, which was odd since it was featured on their menu board and available for order on their website. They didn’t seem to know what drinks they did have, but that wasn’t a big deal to me, so I requested an Asiago Ranch sandwich instead. After a long pause, the employee just replied, “What?” When I repeated my order, all I got was a long, drawn-out “uhhhhh.” At that point, I decided not to continue the order and left to go somewhere else. It might help them to turn down the music so they can hear their customers better.
They've made some updates, and the indoor dining area is finally open! This definitely earns a 4-star rating now. The fries were also improved compared to three weeks ago.
*Update* They seem to be making an effort to improve. I frequently visit this location for lunch, but my meals are rarely fresh, and around 80% of the time, my order is incorrect. This is consistently the worst Wendy's I've been to, and it remains disappointing.
