Bidra med feedbackI often come here for lunch. eating is never fresh, and about 80% of the time my order is wrong. these are the worst wendys I visited, and they are still the worst.
Its like the two locations down the road from one another are competing against who can serve the worst possible quality of food. Quality is nonexistent. Half of these have been double fryed and literally all lil broken frys. Also I guess I'll just keep adding pictures of the food they screw up.
This location is the worst of the worst. I get it, dont expect much customer service from any fast food restaurant but blantant disrespect and no accountability is different. The manager refused to address the situation and yelled from across the store. The staff running around aimlessly. No order or coordinations. It seems like a child care above anything else.
Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes while staff was arguing about something inside. When they finally came over to the window I was given cold food that had sat out for 30 minutes. They refused to give me a refund and instead starting arguing with me. The manager refused to even talk to me. Horrible customer service.
Run by immature brats who have zero customer service experience. arguing with other employees for over 10 minutes while people wait in line for food then don’t offer any accommodation. just terrible
