Whataburger - Fort Walton Beach

Extremely slow service and there was hardly anybody there, there was two tables taken up and yet four people standing at the counter, about 3 or 4 minutes apart from each other and we wound up all standing together waiting for food, and it's in thefirst time it's every time I go so it's a consistent thing and not just an accidental we got busy type thing... I understandnever the everyday excuse, we need more workers we blah blah blah, but, you still got to be able to dish out the food no matterwhat otherwise you need to close the doors so at the end of the day it doesn't matter what you need or what you ain't got, ifyou don't have the capacity to knock out the orders in a timely manner, and it's best to shut your doors because otherwise bigbad reviews are going to kill the station so

Food was five stars. Burgers were great and the fries were hot and crispy. Wife loved her salad. Took away a star for how long it took to get our food and the salads were about 5 min behind the burgers. The younger girl at the register was great, veryfriendly.

My husband and I ordered 60 honey butter chicken biscuits for our wedding in November, and this Whataburger truly exceeded our expectations. They delivered everything on time and even included an extra 20 biscuits along with a gift card. We were genuinely impressed with the outstanding customer service, especially considering it's a fast food restaurant!

Only two tables were occupied, yet four staff members were standing around the counter, spaced about 3 or 4 minutes apart. We all found ourselves waiting together for our food. This was my first visit, and it seems like this is a recurring issue rather than just a one-time problem. I often hear the same excuses about needing more staff, but at the end of the day, efficient service is essential for customer satisfaction. If you're unable to manage orders in a timely fashion, it might be best to temporarily close the restaurant until you can. Otherwise, it just results in frustration for everyone involved.

The burger is tasty, but if you opt for the double, one patty doesn't quite fill the size of the bun.
