McDonald's - Fort St. John

This is a quarter pounder BLT made with pride at Fort St.John McDonald's. The burger patty was frozen still, and the fries were cold empty.

Having worked part-time at this restaurant during the winter, I must say I am quite impressed with the staff. The individuals working behind the counter are not only enjoyable to work with, but they also maintain a strong focus on delivering quality service. Although our orders may occasionally take longer than anticipated, there is a dedicated team in the kitchen working diligently to ensure efficiency. It is important to practice patience and show kindness towards them, as they are working hard to provide the best experience possible. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is truly wonderful.

Just now ordered a MC double meal with medium sprite . And got sandwich with a awful tasting water with ice in it. I mean literally it was just water with ice . Not impressed . Not a good customer service .

The kid informed me that my card didn't work because I used the wrong card. When I tried tapping the correct card, the machine was not working. The manager's first reaction was to get angry with the kid and blame him for the problem. After some computer work, she angrily told me it was $17. I paid and asked for a receipt, but she stormed off, leaving the confused kid behind. When I asked him for my correct receipt, he realized he had given me the wrong one and had to ask the manager for a reprint. In the end, the manager admitted she had charged me for the car behind me and gave back the difference. The kid at the window did a great job, especially for his first night shift. It wasn't his fault, and the management should have handled the situation better.

When I go to McDonald's now, I have noticed that even when I order something simple like a drink or an ice cream, they no longer quickly make it for me. Instead, if there are 20 people ahead of me in line, I have to wait until all of them receive their orders before I can get mine. I recently had to wait for 11 people to get their food before I could just get a small black coffee. If I had remembered the slow service at McDonald's, I would not have placed my order.
