Il Gelato Cafe Kahala - Fort Shafter

This place is truly amazing! The Gelato flavors are on point! We had the Biscottino the Tahitian Vanilla. Omg! Let's not forget about the fantastic service we received from Laura! Such a beautiful soul, absolutely enjoyed our experience!

The gelato at the Kahala Mall location of IL Gelato Hawaii is absolutely divine! The flavors are rich and creamy, and there's always a wide selection to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always happy to help me decide on the perfect flavor. The store itself is located in a convenient spot in the mall and has a cozy, inviting atmosphere. I can't recommend this gelato shop enough – it's a must-try for anyone visiting the Kahala Mall area. Five stars!

Horrible experience. My other half and I went to this place to order Gelato. The guy who helped us basically didn't treat us with kindness and we felt like we was being rushed. Mind you, I also work at a Gelato/Sorbet place as well but I don't be talking to customers the way he did. If you don't like your job, then QUIT simple as that. Do better especially since you're representing your store!

They add an extra $1 in addition to the price of the items you ordered and try to play it off as if it’s just the taxes!I ordered the 4 scoop gelato in a waffle bowl . The manager who assisted me told me it was 8.75 1 (waffle bowl). I paid but then later found they had charged an extra $1 that was not advertised. I tried to explain the situation and she was adamant in saying that $8.75 $1 0.50tax=$11.25.Instead of explaining how the extra dollar was added to my bill, she got defensive and kept saying that was just the tax, do you want a refund, and acted like they lost several customers cuz I took too long making my selection after I only tried 2 flavors before orderingThe whole experience was extremely unprofessional! I will not be coming back!
