Subway - Fort Pierce

The ladies here are the sweetest. Service is fast and easy. Great way to kill time until my tire service!

One thing about Subway, there is uniformity in food preparation, presentation and taste. You know what you're gonna get before you get in and after the order won't be surprised!

Pretty typical, food is good, it has nice location only deals. But this time, I saw one worker manage to keep a full line (5-6 people moving, and no wasted time. Quick, friendly, and professional. :

Terrible service... very rude and don't pay attention at all... everytime I go here they mess up the order or over charge or both. I do like subway but not this particular location. Meat was also changing colors as well as the lettuce was wilted. I gave 2 stars cause 1 sub out of 4 was good tasting and correct.

I had a horrible experience at this subway. To attend to three people it took them 15 min. Then Erica the worker that got to us BURNT my sub. It had black on it. I politely said ma 'am that 's burnt, could you please make it again? She then argued with me saying it 's supposed to be burnt because it 's garlic bread she went back and forth with my husband and I BEFORE remaking the sub. THEN, when she remade it she made it the entirely WRONG sub. She had a VERY expressed attitude at this point when we said ma 'am that 's the wrong sandwich. She was muttering under her breath and throwing my sandwich around at this point. I then asked for a manager and she said that 's fine she 's in at two you can call then. THEN she stops making my sandwich entirely when I started I didn 't appreciate the attitude she was giving me over her mistakes and me simply wanting my sandwich done correctly. I had to then WAIT longer for the OTHER worker to finish my sub. Erica also gave the person behind us a discount for Lord knows why when our experience was not only embarrassing in front of a LINE of other customers but all around abusive by the worker. I will be contacting the owner of this subway and corporate if need be to have this worker handled appropriately and have some sort of reimbursement for the abuse I had to deal with my their worker.
