Bidra med feedbackThis was likely the worst McDonald's service I've ever experienced, and that's saying something. I waited for the first 10 minutes alongside other customers, all of whom were being ignored by the staff. We eventually figured out that they wanted us to use the self-checkout machines, even though they were still open to take orders. However, they never communicated that to us verbally. To make matters worse, all the machines were out of paper, so nobody knew whether their order numbers were correct. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. I hope McDonald's can improve their service.
Some of us had ordered drinks with ice, but the staff refused to replace anything, insisting that we would need to come back the next morning for a refund. The man at the counter was particularly rude and disrespectful, using inappropriate language while speaking to others. After my unpleasant interaction with the staff, I approached the reception, where the employee was once again very rude. She didn't greet me, which I found annoying, and I pointed this out to her after her unkind behavior. When I finally received my order, which thankfully was correct, I noticed that the man who had been rude laughed and talked about me as he left the door. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I feel that customers shouldn't be treated this way. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as we are paying customers who deserve better service.
The experience of dining inside at the kiosk was quite confusing due to the staff. I had to go to the counter three times to place my order, even though the kiosk had indicated that my drink would be delivered to my table. However, the food was hot and fresh.
Was very disappointed by mc donald’s for the last 2 years only stopped there because my enkelin wanted hash browns . the author was very pleasant . the mgr was at a table that made some papers. coffeemaker hadn't asked anyone to change again mgr she said, give them quarters! okay, wait for eating a man behind me had waited with 2 other people just for coffee and said what's going on, he finished his breakfast still standing there waiting for coffee! I stood at the corner of the counter. I saw that 2staff members came back on their phone manager and a staff member asked who that is? I saw one of the chefs talking on his phone. this is not mean, I know that it is hard to find help, in these days no one really wants to work, so that the problem places on all that they go in these days. it was a problem, no more work ethics. no customer service .that was the first time that I have been in a mc donald’s in 2 years fast eating, should be fast I have seen this weekend 20 min waiting for coffee and forget the ride through it is worse. I remember years ago the waiting period was not more than 5min. I never write bad cries and those who are not bad just informal! to donald’s.
Seemed to be a friendly place to grab a quick bite. Went through dri e through, so vant say for the organization or cleanliness of the inside. Friendly employees who had a smile on their face, and were very polite
