Buffalo Wild Wings - Fort Oglethorpe

I work with students with special needs. For the past 3 years we have gone on a field trip and stopped at this BWW to eat. Every single time we have had exceptional service. The waiters/waitresses(we have had a different one every time) are always so good and patient with our kids. I highly recommend this location. The service, food and atmosphere are top notch! Food: 5

Paid over $40 and waited almost 30 minutes more than the time I was told to get fries instead of cheese curds and boneless wings instead of traditional. Will not be back. Ridiculous for price paid. Very poor on delivery of service. Arrived at 1:20p on a Saturday. Not crowded at all for a September weekend afternoon. Ordered straight from the menu....burger (simple and 6 wings (really simple . Burger arrived in 10 minutes, but the wings didn 't arrive until 2:05p. Then, the standard excuses arrived fresh ...... The kitchen is just slammed (remember the Not Crowded earlier. We serve those hot after they are dropped (40 minute cook time? Oh, we 're soooo sorry. (The Mgr offered to take the wings off the bill........but like the food delivery....that must be floating around out there....
