Bidra med feedbackI ordered the 20-piece family meal deal, which included 8 bone-in pieces, 12 tenders, 3 sides, 8 biscuits, and a half-gallon of tea. We absolutely loved it! The chicken was perfectly cooked with crispy skin and juicy meat, and it wasn't greasy at all. This meal fed 9 people, although we did have to make some extra sides to ensure everyone was satisfied. Overall, it was an excellent value for the money, and we'll definitely be coming back for the family meal. It's far better than what other restaurants offer!
This Bojangles has the worst breakfast staff and an incredibly frustrating drive-thru experience. They claim they’ll be with you shortly, yet you can end up waiting over 10 minutes to place your order, even when there are only four cars ahead of you. They seem incapable of multitasking and lack basic courtesy. If you ask if you can place your order just after 10 AM, they might respond by telling you to “stop being rude” and assure you they’ll be with you “in just a few minutes,” which is unacceptable. No drive-thru should take over 10 minutes just to take an order. The rudeness from the staff is off-putting, making you feel hesitant to speak up for fear they’ll retaliate in some way. It would be wise to either replace the breakfast crew or manage them more effectively, as their behavior is detrimental to your business.
When I arrived to pick up my order at 5 AM—just 30 minutes before I had to be at work—I was initially told that they weren't open yet, even though it was already five minutes past 5. I then learned they were waiting for a truck delivery to bring the biscuits, and my order wouldn't be ready for some time. Frustrated, I decided to cancel the order and said I wouldn’t be returning. I called back to speak with the manager and was informed that my order was finally ready at 6 AM. It shouldn't be this difficult to place an order. I requested that the branch manager call me back today, but I still haven't received any call.
Staff was extremely rude to not just myself but others. Even when the staff made the error, they still shown no sign of respect for customers. Especially the blonde/brunette with glasses in the drive through.
Not pleasant experience. Manager was arguing loudly with a drive in customer. Placed my order. Not enough dirty rice to fill order, substituted Cajun pinto beans. The beans were gummy and nasty. I threw them away. The chicken had been under the heatlamp way too long. It was hard, dry and inedible. I threw it away also. The biscuit were overbaked. In the trash also. Theonly edible thing was a small dish of Cole slaw for two adults. Morale of story, don't go after 3 o'clock.
